Pain
The green stones and the mudpack are 2 tools that can be very helpful in pain relief. The green stones can be used directly on the skin, and because of their low radiation can be use sometimes for 24 hours at a time.The best way to use the green stones are to heat them up under warm water before placing them on the the skin (the quartz in the green stone when warmed produces a small amount of electricity that may help with pain relief). The mud packs are helpful for dealing with joints and other areas where it might not be a viable solution to have a stone taped or attached to the body.
